Levels:

              Nursery                1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 years

              Primary                First to Sixth Grade

              Secundary           First to Fifth Year

 Requirements:

            Nursery -1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 years:The candidates should have the age into which they are applying

                                                                     before  March    31^st of the year of their entrance to school.

            Primary - First Grade  : Six years old before March 31st   to enter First Grade.

Primary and Secondary - Second Grade to Fifth Year : 

                                                 Have satisfactorily approved their studies in their previous school and

                                                 present all the required documents.

Inscriptions

The inscriptions for a new academic year are opened from May of each year but we can receive inscriptions year-round for those candidates who are asking for transfers from out of town or from outside the country.

Entrance is subject to admissions policies and to space availability of the Grade or Year to which they are applying. Vacancies in Secondary are very limited.

An Admissions Registration Form should be completed.

Evaluation 

All candidates should take an individual psychological evaluation; appointment is required. Mathematics, Spanish and English tests are required for pupils starting Fourth Grade of Primary

Results

The parents will receive a letter informing the pupils tests results.

If the pupil is accepted, the parents should pay the Entrance Fee and/or the Inscription Fee, whichever correspond, in order to secure a vacancy.

Parents should also present to Admissions the necessary documentation required in order to have the Inscription officially registered.

If the pupil starts to attend classes after the beginning of the academic year, interviews will be programmed for his/her parents with the Head of the corresponding level and with the child´s Tutor.

                -  An original Birth Certificate or copy of the passport

                -  Copy of the vaccination certificate (for Nursery students)

                -  School certificates from all the previous grades

                -  “Ficha Unica” if coming from a Peruvian school

                -  6 carnet-sized photographs

                -  Copies of PPFF DNIs

Insurances            

-     Insurance Accidents

      If your child has a private insurance, you should present, as a requirement to enroll        

      him/her, copy of his/her carnet, name of the insurance company, number of the         

      policy as well an form for attentions in case of emergencies. In case you do not have

private insurance against accidents, the school offers you one at a reduced annual fee.

-     Income Insurance

Parents should purchase an Income Insurance that will allow student to continue studying in case his economic tutor passes away. Parents should fill-out the corresponding form giving exact information.  Annual fee to be paid.

3 years                8:00 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

4 and 5 years       8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Primary and Secondary      

7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
