it. At Sir Alexander Fleming, pupils are
encouraged to explore their own
identities and strengths in a warm and
caring atmosphere that will help them
transform talent into individual
achievements. They are also encouraged
to question and as Richard Ralph, a
former British Ambassador to Perú wrote:
"I remember with particular delight a
lively meeting I once had with the
senior pupils in which I was asked some
very pointed questions but in a way
which combined good humor and
informality with respect in both
directions. It was a memorable
