“I am very pleased to inform you that an extremely well qualified person has been appointed to replace me. It is noteworthy that Miss Ruth Percival is fully bilingual in Spanish and English and that she went to school from 1965 to 1977 in Colombia and Chile.

She has had a renowned career in the United Kinkdom and in Chile. Actually she is acting as a consultant to the Head teachers of eight schools from the SEK Organization in Madrid.

 She expects to arrive in Trujillo during the first week of July so that we can do the handover  calmly.

Of course while I am still in the College I will continue writing to you, but I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your kindness and the support you have given me and my wife during our stay in Fleming and I can assure you that I certainly believe that the College has been very lucky to get a replacement Miss Percival´s expertise and experience as Fleming´s new Headmistress”
