The course of Mathematics intends to develop
our students’ mathematical reasoning skills emphasizing problem solving
by understanding them.
To teach maths our teachers use concrete
materials that enable our students to develop their common sense in a
steady and consistent way, by continuous practice, and by relating the
mathematical concepts with their application in real-life situations.
The use of mathematical games encourages the active and constant
participation of our students, promoting a dynamic and positive
environment inside the classroom.
